Dr. Murray Erlich

Dr. Erlich is a life coach and retired psychiatrist.

As a psychiatrist, Dr. Erlich specialized in the treatment of anxiety disorders. His areas of expertise included Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness training, and assertiveness training. Along with his 27 years of private practice, he worked at CAMH, Mt. Sinai Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital, and the University of Toronto Student Psychiatric Service.

Dr. Erlich attended the Adler school for his life coaching training, and received his certification from the International Coaching Federation. As a life coach, he is very experienced at working with clients to overcome their challenges and helping them go on to create lives that are successful, satisfying, and fulfilling. He has particular expertise in aiding coaching clients to shift away from negative and self-defeating thinking and behaviours toward greater self-confidence, a positive growth mindset, greater well-being, and healthier interpersonal relationships.
