Dave has been working in either the addiction and mental health field for the better part of 40 years and part of the RCS team since 1991. His academic experience is extensive, and includes the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation as well as intensive training in Gestalt, Psychodrama, and Client Centred therapeutic approaches. He has facilitated various group therapy programs since the early 1970s. Dave has specialized in working with adolescents and young adults.
